She is one of the creators of the Clara Wichmann Institute, the scientific institute for women and the law, and has been editor of a number of (legal) magazines, such as Nemesis. Every day since May 1996 she has been following developments at the Yugoslavia Tribunal in the Hague as a reporter for Radio 1 News. She is also legal commentator for NOVA. She publishes work on themes such as cruelty, vengeance and forgiveness.
